envelopes in the pews, clearly marking the envelope for “BOL Food Pantry”.
You may place your check made payable to “Glenshaw Presbyterian Church” with “BOL Food Pantry”
on the memo line in the offering plate.
We are also looking for volunteers to help with this project:
- We would like photographers taking pictures at each hourly shift as the donations are being received. The schedule for photographers will be 8:00 – 9:30, 10:00 – 11:30 and 12:00 (at the church) – 1:00 (at the food pantry).
- We need two people to pick up the truck Sat eve. before 7:00 and park it in our parking lot.
- We need one adult (youth may assist) for each hour during the drive to pack the truck with your donations.
- We need people to help unload the truck at the BOL Food Pantry at the conclusion of the drive.
- We need two people to return the truck from the food pantry after 1:00.
- Also, please consider volunteering to sort the donated food on Tuesday morning, 9:00 – 11:00, at the food pantry, along with the regular volunteers.
